New Year tea ceremony

Review Umm Suqeim, DubaiJanuary 1, 20204 members of family   The tea ceremony was a wonderful experience and it was lovely to have such a peaceful start to our morning. The host was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about the tea preparation and ceremony. Overall the ceremony felt very authentic and I enjoyed that it was so interactive and with such a small group. It was a lovely touch to be given a personalised certificate at the end of the session. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a cultural experience away from the busy crowds. Thank you Green Rose Calligraphy! Great hosts!

Review Toronto, Ontario, CanadaJune 13, 2019Couple   Hiromi and Midori were great hosts! They carried the session very smoothly from start to finish. They’d often pause during the session to help us stay on track and answer any questions, which we thought was nice of them. At the end, they gave us all a certificate which was a cute finishing touch! Matcha ceremony

Review Atlanta, Georgia, USAJanuary 7, 2020Couple   We had a great time doing the tea ceremony with Ryokufu. She is very sweet and teaches you how to say and do the appropriate things for a matcha ceremony. We also enjoyed the delicious matcha she prepared for us and got a chance to make our own. She included thoughtful touches, like a gold paper tray for the new year and small gifts for us. We learned a lot, felt very welcome and had a good time!
