Selina  Ryokufu gave us interesting insights on the tradition of tea ceremony and Uji matcha tea. She welcomed us in a kimono inside her beautiful shop, that luckily had AC to save us from the heatwave outside. Her handling of the tea was very fascinating. For anyone foreign, the Japanese tea ceremony is an intriguing experience.
